This sideboard is framed by columns of black lacquer wood that lead down to a flared base and feet completed with gold leaf edging. The cupboard doors that make up the front of the unit are decorated with patterns of delicate sycamore inlay, while the tabletop is separated from the body by a band of black lacquer wood edging. The sideboard is finished with final touches of gold leaf.
